Where is my order? How long will delivery take?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress. Our team also proactively checks on orders in transit. In the rare case of a delay, we’ll contact you immediately to provide updates.

What if a product is out of stock? Can I place it on backorder?

Yes! While we maintain a robust inventory, some items may occasionally go out of stock. By placing a backorder, we’ll reserve the product for you and notify you as soon as it’s available.
